First, someone will visit you at a convenient time to talk with you and determine the scope of your project. If an architect is needed we can recommend a couple of qualified architects to fit your needs. You will recieve a detailed quote describing what we propose.
Second, once you agree to contract our services, you will recieve a detailed contract describing all proposed work and we will set up a start time and estimated date of completion, along with a payment schedule, based on the specific requirements of the job.
During the project, you can count on our people to arrive on time and be respectful of your surroundings, furnishings, and schedule.
In addition to product warranties, at Joly Building and Remodeling we warrant our workmanship for a full year after completion. We will quickly correct any problem upon notification by you.
